WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT?

Our check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and our check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

CAN I REQUEST AN EARLY CHECK-IN /LATE CHECK-OUT?

If you would like to guarantee an early check-in, we recommend that you book the room for the night prior to arrival, otherwise, the room will be subject to availability. If you would like to keep the room beyond 12:00 noon and up until 18:00 hrs., we charge 50% of the daily rate. Beyond 18:00 hrs. we charge one full night.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR VISITOR GUESTS?

We do not charge a fee for visitors, however, for security purposes the visitor(s) will be required to provide identification to the reception. Kindly note that the hotel will not take any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred during the visit.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR WIFI ACCESS?

The entire hotel is set up for free wireless or broadband internet access and broadband and wi-fi internet is available in every room.

WHAT IS THE SPEED OF THE WIFI?

The speed of the WiFi is 200 MBPS, and we allow up to 6 devices per room.

CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE AT THE HOTEL BEFORE CHECK-IN/AFTER CHECK-OUT?

Please contact the concierge who will be happy to arrange this.

CAN I SEND A PACKAGE TO THE HOTEL?

Definitely, however, the recipient of the package must be an in-house guest or have an upcoming reservation with the hotel.

DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTRE?

We do not have a business centre, however, we offer business centre services such as printing and photocopying. Please contact a member of the Front Desk.

DO YOU HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?

Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool, located on the lobby floor.

DO YOU HAVE A GYM?

Yes, we do. The gym is located on the ground floor and accessible 24-hours by your room key card.

DO YOU HAVE A SPA?

We do not have an in-house spa, however, the concierge team will be delighted to arrange for an in-room masseuse or recommend spa treatments around the area.

WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY?

This is a non smoking hotel, however, we have dedicated areas where smoking is allowed. Please check with the Concierge.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR BREAKFAST?

Breakfast is charged at THB 550++ per adult and THB 275++ per child.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST AND WHERE IS IT SERVED?

Breakfast is served at Sage Table from 6:30 hrs. to 10:30 hrs. Monday to Friday and from 6:30 hrs. to 11:00 hrs. on the weekend.

DO YOU SERVE HALAL FOOD?

We do not serve halal food, however, we do offer pork free dishes.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN, VEGAN OR GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

Vegetarian dishes are available on the menu, however, for those with more specific dietary requirements, we recommend that you inform the hotel in advance.

DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE?

Room service is available 24-hours

Yes, and additional charges will apply if his services are required. Kindly contact the Front Desk for assistance.

HOW FAR IS THE NEAREST HOSPITAL?

The nearest hospital is Bumrungrad International Hospital located on Sukhumvit Soi 3.

DO YOU PROVIDE WHEELCHAIRS?

Yes, we do provide wheelchairs for our guests. Simply let us know in advance if you need one, so we can have it ready for you upon check-in.

WHAT IS THE VOLTAGE IN THAILAND?

Thailand’s voltage is 220-240AC, 50 Hertz.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Pets are not allowed.

DO YOU HAVE INTERCONNECTING ROOMS?

Yes, we have connecting rooms. We have standard rooms that connect, one king with one twin, and we also have one-bedroom suites that connect to a premier twin. Please write to us at reservations@nysahotelbangkok.com if you would like to book a connecting room.

DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Please write to reservations@nysahotelbangkok.com to arrange for an accessible room.

ARE COTS AND EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?

Baby cots are available on a request basis and provided free of charge. Select rooms can fit an extra bed. The cost of an extra bed is THB 1500 nett per bed/night.

HOW BIG ARE YOUR EXTRA BEDS?

Our extra bed is 3ft W x 6ft L with an 8 inch mattress. For additional comfort, our extra beds are not foldable.

DO YOUR ROOMS HAVE BATHTUBS?

All rooms with the exception of our Deluxe, have a bathtub and separate shower stall.

DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?

We do not have smoking rooms.

ARE YOUR ROOMS FITTED WITH A USB PLUG SOCKET?

For our guests’ convenience, all our rooms are fitted with USB plug sockets.

DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE CAR PARKING?

Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for all hotel guests and residents.

DO YOU HAVE VALET PARKING?

No, we do not offer valet parking.

DO YOU OFFER AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICES?

No, we do not offer an airport shuttle service, however, we can arrange for a private Hotel Limousine. Please write to us at reservations@nysahotelbangkok.com if you would like to book a Hotel Limousine.

WHICH IS THE NEAREST BTS SKYTRAIN STATION TO THE HOTEL?

The nearest BTS Skytrain station to the hotel is Nana. It is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

RESERVATIONS

HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION IF I HAVEN’T BOOKED DIRECTLY ON THE HOTEL WEBSITE?

You may contact us at reservations@nysahotelbangkok.com with inquiries regarding your reservation, however, we may not be able to adjust reservations made through a third party. For this reason, we recommend that all reservations be made by booking directly on our website.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR CHECKING IN?

The minimum age requirement for checking in alone is 18 years old.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW/DEPOSIT POLICY?

Cancellation/no show/deposit policy are based on the rate plan/package. Please refer to the cancellation/no-show/deposit policy of the rate plan/package you are planning to book.

DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?

Yes, you will be charged 100% if your reservation has not been amended prior to check in.

WHY DO I NEED MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD DETAILS WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION?

If you have purchased a rate plan/package that is non-refundable, your credit/debit card will be charged at the time of booking. Otherwise, it is used only as a guarantee. However, please note that for all debit card transactions, the amount will be deducted immediately from your account at point of sale.

PAYMENTS

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB and Union Pay) and cash Thai Baht.

DOES THE HOTEL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT FOR INCIDENTALS?

Yes, a deposit for incidentals is required upon check-in. THB 1,000 per room/night will be collected either in cash or preauthorize on a credit card.

WHEN WILL THE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?

If no other expenses are outstanding when checking out, we will contact the bank immediately to cancel the charge. Unfortunately, it may take between 2-4 weeks for the deposit to be canceled due to bank policies and regulations, which are out of our control.

HOW MUCH MONEY DOES THE HOTEL PRE-AUTHORISE ON MY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AT CHECK-IN?

As with most hotels, even when you have pre-paid for your room, we require a small deposit guarantee to cover possible incidental expenditures, such as use of the minibar, ordering room service, or dining at one of our restaurants. The incidental charge is THB 1,000 per night, which can be paid by cash or credit card.
